Complaints

We're sorry you feel the need to complain about something, but we understand it happens sometimes. The first question is, what do you want to complain about? It's important to note that the Police and Crime Commissioner does not deal with complaints about the police or act as an appeal mechanism should you be dissatisfied with the outcome, unless the complaint specifically involves the Chief Constable. There are a number of organisations who deal with complaints and arrangements are set in legislation and cannot be varied.

Please use the information below to help you get your complaint to the right place, first time.

What would you like to complain about?
