Proposed Project in Barton on Humber

Barton Youth Hub, Barton Upon Humber Town Council

This project aims to provide a healthy, safe place for young people in Barton to go by opening the Youth Hub one night per week initially, and providing a wide range of activities including sports, gaming, craft activities ranging from ceramic painting to making jewellery and planting, healthy eating and food preparation, homework support, development of college applications, CV's, civic engagement, leadership and other life skills. Youth Work within the project will offer space to young people to be with others and share experiences, to value each other and support equality and diversity.

We think this is a good project but want to know if local people think that it addresses the issues in their local area, and should be funded.Click here to register your vote. Voting closes on 26th February.
