Welcome to the OPCC Delivery Plan for 2023/24. This document is the annual summary document for how the OPCC team work effectively towards achieving the aims of the Police and Crime Plan which was published in October 2021 setting out Police and Crime Commissioner Jonathan Evison’s vision for his term of office. This Delivery Plan sets out the intended work programme for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for the next twelve months.
