The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside (OPCC) is inviting quotations from suitably experienced organisations to deliver a reliable, effective, and forward-thinking Restorative Justice service across the Humber region.
Our vision is to provide high quality restorative interventions within criminal justice settings, ensuring that those affected by crime have meaningful opportunities for communication, understanding, support and resolution.
We welcome proposals from all organisations — established providers and innovative newcomers alike — who can demonstrate creative, impactful approaches to delivering and promoting restorative justice.
We are particularly interested in ideas that strengthen community engagement, improve accessibility, and enhance outcomes for both victims and offenders.
Organisations with the expertise, passion, and ambition to shape the future of restorative justice in the Humber are encouraged to apply.
The duration of the grant will be 12 months with an option to extend into a second year, with an estimated contract start date of June 1, 2026.
The deadline for enquiries is 12pm on May 5 while the tender submissions deadline in 11.59pm on May 12.
